Join Tamu for an hour of movement, breath, and meditation at the beautiful Loft Studios in Mill Bay!
Kickstart your week with this energizing, beginner-friendly Monday Morning Hatha Yoga flow. In a safe and supportive environment, you will improve your strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Furthermore, we emphasize matching breath to movement to calm the nervous system and ground awareness back into the body. While we end all classes with a relaxing wind-down, prepare to sweat and find your edge!
Your Monday Morning Hatha Yoga Flow is a beginner friendly co-ed class. However, participants must be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring your own equipment.
