Stretch your body, calm your mind, and let go of your day with these welcoming, beginner friendly gentle yoga classes. These classes take place at the Kerry Park Recreation Centre in Mill Bay, and at the beautiful Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion in Esquimalt.
Meet yourself where you are, release tension from your body, and gather with community in a supportive and welcoming environment. With gentle yoga, you allow gravity to do much of the work for you as you stretch tired muscles, stabilize joints, improve circulation and cardiovascular health, and much more.

Gentle Yoga
Age Group: 30 - 80
Through mindful, slow movement, these classes invite you to improve mobility and balance, and ease chronic pain and tension with gentle stretching and strengthening asanas. Together we will let go of the day, ground into our bodies, and tune into the power of the breath.
Classes take place at Kerry Park Recreation in Mill Bay, and the Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion in Esquimalt.
All participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
These are co-ed classes. Please bring your own mat.
