Slow Yoga - Gorge Pavilion
Mumma Magma Yoga
This Slow Yoga class is designed to help you strengthen, tone, stretch and increase your mobility while offering your heart and mind the space and time to destress and recenter. Focus will be on slow, mindful movement and tuning into the breath. Slow Yoga is perfect for those in the 50+ age range and/or those dealing with mild to moderate mobility issues.
This is a beginner friendly, co-ed class. Please bring your own equipment. Limited props provided.
This class takes place every Monday at the beautiful Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion.
