Join this 9 a.m. Chair Yoga for Seniors class to help you improve flexibility, mobility, and strength. Chair Yoga is an excellent option for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor but want to find movement and gather with community. This Chair Yoga for Seniors class includes mindfulness and breathwork as well as a mini meditation at the end of class which will help you to integrate the nutrients of your practice and set your intentions for the day. Use this time as an opportunity to explore your body in a safe and welcoming environment. Please bring your own mat, all other props provided.
This is one of two weekly Wednesday classes that takes place at Sylvan United Church in Mill Bay. Come and enjoy this beautiful space, have some fun, and move your body around. I’d love to see you there!
