Infuse your week with some self-care by stepping into this 60-minute Afternoon Yoga Flow ritual that is designed to help you let go of stress, find your inner bliss, and tune into the natural rhythm of your breath. This slow and gentle hatha yoga flow invites you to stretch tired and tense muscles, open the tight and closed places in the body, and offer your heart and mind the space and time to drop back into the here and now.
This class is for all levels. Please bring your own equipment. Drop-Ins welcome.
*Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor and spend time on hands and knees.
Class takes place at the Kerry Park Recreation Centre in Mill Bay.
