Join Tamu for an hour of movement, breath, and meditation at the beautiful Loft Studios in Mill Bay! This energizing, beginner friendly Friday Morning Hatha Yoga flow is designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, mobility and balance in a safe and supportive environment. Emphasis is on matching breath to movement to calm your nervous system and ground your awareness back into your body. All classes end with a winddown and relaxation. Be prepared to sweat and find your edge. Please bring your own equipment.
This class is women only (both cis and trans) to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can uplift each other and find freedom of movement.
