Join Tamu for an hour of movement, breath, and meditation at the beautiful Loft Studios in Mill Bay! This energizing, but beginner friendly Friday Morning Hatha Yoga flow designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, mobility and balance in a safe and supportive environment. Emphasis is on matching breath to movement to calm the nervous system and ground your awareness back into your body. All classes end with a winddown and relaxation. Be prepared to sweat and find your edge. Please bring your own equipment.
This class is women only (both cis and trans) to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can uplift each other and find freedom of movement.
*This class was formerly held at Kerry Park Recreation. Classes at The Loft Studios start in May of 2026, with bookings opening in early April.
