Join Tamu for this Slow Yoga class, designed to help strengthen, tone, stretch and increase mobility. Make this your weekly tune-in to destress and recenter. Focus will be on slow, mindful movement and tuning into the breath. This class is perfect for those in the 50-plus age range and/or those dealing with mild to moderate mobility issues. Please note: participants must be able to get up and down from the floor and spend time on their hands and knees.
This class takes place at the beautiful Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion, with views of the water and surrounding gardens. This space offers lots of natural light through full-length windows, and high vaulted ceilings. It is the perfect location to find your inner bliss and reconnect to your body, your breath, and your intentions.
