Find your Bliss at this year’s Vancouver Island Yoga Retreat! This annual retreat is takes place at The Loft Studios in Mill Bay on Vancouver Island.

Take time for yourself, gather with community, and rejuvenate your heart and mind in this two-day yoga retreat. This year we have a variety of yoga instructors ready to guide you through a practice that meets you exactly where you are. Join Yin and Restorative classes with Mumma Magma’s Tamu Miles, Slow Flow and Vinyasa classes with Claire Venables, and Chair Yoga with Charlotte Fisher.

But this retreat offers more than just a deep dive into your yoga practice.

Experience fun and relaxing art exploration workshops with Loft Studios owner Cheryl Guay, deepen your yoga practice with Ayurveda and yoga philosophy workshops with Tamu, enjoy a healing sound bath with Adeline Dubois of Adeline Wholistic Healing, find inner connection and harmony through Kirtan (devotional yoga) with Rick and Susan of Choosing to Thrive.

This summer, this is your chance to let go of the demands of the world and tune into the rhythm of your own being. Wander the gardens and property, connect with like-minded people, and slip into your bliss.
