Join Tamu for an hour of movement, breath, and meditation at Kerry Park Recreation in Mill Bay! This energizing, but beginner friendly Monday Morning Hatha Yoga flow designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, mobility and balance in a safe and supportive environment. Emphasis is on matching breath to movement to calm the nervous system and ground your awareness back into your body. All classes end with a winddown and relaxation. Be prepared to sweat and find your edge.
This is a beginner friendly c0-ed class. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring your own equipment.
This is the last month these classes will be held at this location! Starting in May, all Monday and Friday Hatha Yoga classes will be held at The Loft Studios in Mill Bay. To view upcoming classes go to our classes page.
