Mumma Magma Yoga is your go-to in the Cowichan Valley for inclusive, welcoming, and accessible yoga and meditation classes, workshops and retreats, and Corporate Yoga packages.
Tamu Miles, founder of Mumma Magma, is a 200-hour (RYT) specializing in Hatha Yoga. She is passionate about providing yoga and meditation classes that allow even the most novice of practitioners the ability to deepen their yoga practice; build strength, length, and mobility; and tune into mind, body, and spirit.

Mumma Magma Yoga offers regular workshops and retreats throughout the year.
Whether you are looking to strengthen your asana practice, learn about the benefits of pranayama (yogic breath), or learn the power of your chakras, we have something for everyone.
Workshops and retreats are held at The Loft Studios in Mill Bay. This property offers gorgeous manicured gardens, access to forest paths and nature, and a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
